How long will it take?

Depending on the size of your kitchen and tank, it usually it takes an hour to do the job.

When is it best to do grease cleaning in a restaurant?

It is usually before the restaurant opens or after the closing hours. We offer 24 hours, 7 days service, so we can do it anytime the client needs.

How often you should clean the grease in the drain and the tank?
We recommend you call an expert to do the cleaning every month, or the latest every 3 months.

 

Why should you clean your tank or drain every month?
If you don’t have your tank drained or cleaned monthly, an accumulation of food and grease will build up in the tank and the water will not be able to go to the sewage, which will cause it to back up into your kitchen. This can cause serious sanitation issues and possibly affect the plumbing system.
It is best to do a regular maintenance in order for you to have less expense and no damage done to the kitchen. It also keeps away bacteria and smell away from your restaurant. If your grease trap is no longer functional, we do new trap installations.
